Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians

Monitor patient health and report any changes

Administer medications and injections

Assist with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing

Keep accurate patient records and documentation

Support patients and their families with kindness and professionalism

Requirements:

LPN license (Iowa or Compacted)

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility in the last two years

BLS Certification required

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting
