We are Creative Outdoor Advertising, an American company advertising on benches. We are looking for:

A SEMI-RETIRED & HANDY PERSON LOOKING FOR PART-TIME WORK & EXTRA INCOME IN THE CLINTON, IOWA AREA!

Our ideal candidate is someone who is semi-retired, looking for extra income, a low commitment of hours, yet still wants to get out of the house and keep busy & active – if this sounds like you, then this job is perfect for you!

Pay information: Earnings are approximately $200.00 a month for around 2 hours of work a month. As you perform site visits, you scan each unit, and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is pay-for-performance/piecework. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, like sign installs, and various repairs.

Job Duties: Site visits, sign installations, general maintenance/upkeep, and seasonal maintenance like grass trimming. Site visits are monthly, and additional service requests, like sign installs or repairs, are as-needed.

All You Need:

Valid driver’s license

Pickup truck, larger SUV, or work-style van (7 feet of storage space for sign packages)

Enjoy working outdoors

Have some basic hand and power tools (can use them)
