Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a part-time maintenance technician for a group of apartment complexes in Tama/Toledo. Scheduled hours of 20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities include general hands-on maintenance, coordinating with vendors and obtaining bids for larger jobs, preparing vacant apartments for move-ins, completing work orders in a timely fashion, responding to occasional on-call emergencies, keep grounds litter free. Interested applicants should have a professional attitude and be able to work independently. Must furnish own hand tools and have reliable transportation. Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills a plus. Background check required.
