3. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

4. Maintain landscaping, grounds, and exterior spaces.

5. Assist with renovations and upgrades.

6. Collaborate with management and residents.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of maintenance experience.

2. Basic tools and equipment knowledge.

3. Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

4. Valid driver's license.

5. Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and outdoor work.
