Market Implementation Manager

Use Your Strengths at Wellmark as a Market Implementation Manager!  In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and execution of Wellmark’s strategic vision set forth by business partners in product, sales, marketing, pharmacy, care management, etc. Your efficient and effective coordination, leadership, and management of go-to market implementation plans will support organizational initiatives and smaller scale corporate projects, including the launch of new products, services, processes, and solutions.Ideal candidates enjoy collaborating with teams  across the enterprise to develop and activate plans that bring projects to life. You can easily pivot between tactical and strategic needs. This means you welcome all types of work, however high level or granular, and are also capable of seeing 'the big picture' and connecting the dots, all while holding others accountable for customer-centric tasks and timelines. You have a knack for moving things forward with demonstrated success in leading projects/programs. You are structured in how you organize work, independently and collectively, yet flexible in prioritizing multiple initiatives at once—equally great with hot deadlines and strategically-paced projects.
