Description We are in search of a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our team in Ankeny, Iowa. This role is situated within the construction industry and will be primarily focused on developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to foster business growth and client loyalty. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of driving marketing initiatives and managing a high-performing team. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team Develop strategic plans in support of business initiatives Serve as a liaison between Business Unit Leaders and the marketing department Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders Implement lead generation programs Direct the creation of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs Offer innovative marketing solutions Manage client database and promotional activities Maintain a consistent brand image Plan strategic campaigns based on market trends Oversee external marketing communication. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar Proficiency in using CRM systems and Database management In-depth knowledge of Facebook Insights and Google Analytics Experience in creating and implementing effective advertisements Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and techniques Familiarity with budget processes within a marketing context Proven track record in campaign planning and execution Excellent customer service skills and customer-focused approach Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team Exceptional communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred Ability to strategize and analyze data to improve marketing efforts.
