About the Role:

We’re a fast-growing company with a small, tight-knit team. As a Production Crew Member, you'll work hands-on with bottling, labeling, packaging, and preparing shipments. If you're the type who takes pride in doing things right the first time, likes to keep moving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Operating bottling and packaging equipment

✅ Sleeving, labeling, and packing cases for shipment

✅ Keeping workstations clean, organized, and efficient

✅ Helping the team meet daily and weekly production goals

✅ Taking ownership—if you see a problem, you fix it or speak up

What We're Looking For:

Someone who shows up—on time, every time

Attention to detail (crooked labels drive you crazy)

Able to lift 40-50 lbs and stay active during your shift

Team player with a positive attitude

Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
