This is a non-IT role that is a part of Wellmark's Operations division.As a Business Support Analyst you will support systems/applications for multiple business areas; including analysis of low to moderate complexity system or process changes to provide business requirements for necessary modifications. Establish and execute test cases to identify defects and assess the quality of system solution deliveries. Coordinate and communicate with team members and stakeholders to improve and arrive at a positive member experience supporting Wellmarkâs strategies, as well as assist with coaching and mentoring of team members. Ideal candidates are proactive and analytical professionals with a strong background in business analysis, systems support/configuration, and have a knowledge of health insurance benefits(preferred). They are detail-oriented, capable of identifying issues and inconsistencies, and skilled at analyzing data from multiple sources to propose effective solutions. This candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates clearly with stakeholders and team members, and is comfortable facilitating discussions across varied audiences. They can independently manage priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. They are eager to learn and grow through mentorship, contributing to team success while coaching peers as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with Agile or Product Methodology is a valuable plus.
