This internship role will actively learn all aspects of field production for seed corn, as well as provide background support through data analysis for gains in efficiency and accuracy. As part of Syngenta's Emerging Talent Program, you will gain hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day business operations, and opportunities to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges while developing your professional skills. Accountabilities:Assist with planting and post-planting data collection.Monitor the quality of production.Assist the data collection team during peak note-taking periods.Scout seed fields for readiness and pests.Take ownership of Argentina production communications.
