Patient Access Representative - Therapy Center

The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting incoming patients and visitors, performing all Therapy Center registration duties including entering pertinent patient information, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payment for services and explaining various registration forms to all patients while providing excellent care and service to patients, guests and fellow employees at all times. This position requires some independent judgment and a working knowledge of department procedures related to work performed to contribute to the efficient operation of the department. This position services Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Cardiac Rehab, Foot Care, WOCN, Diabetes and the Dietician(s).
