Description We are on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in MARION, Iowa. This role involves processing payroll, administering the Accounting ERP system and time keeping software, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are skilled in various payroll and accounting software systems and have experience handling payroll for over 500 employees.Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of payroll for 101-500 employees to ensure timely and accurate payment. Manage the administration of 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions. Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy of payroll and related financial data. Use Excel formulas and VLOOKUP to analyze payroll data and generate reports. Handle special payroll deductions as per company policy or statutory requirements. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide necessary information. Process new hires in the payroll system and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
