This role requires flexibility for travel and involves relocation to the employer's residence.

Responsibilities:

Household Management: Oversee and perform daily cleaning, organization, and maintenance tasks within the residence.

Meal Preparation: Plan menus, shop for groceries, and prepare healthy meals tailored to dietary preferences.

Business Support: Assist with managing schedules, appointments, communications, and administrative tasks related to professional affairs.

Personal Errands: Handle a variety of personal errands, including shopping, appointments, and other ad-hoc requests.

Travel Coordination: Research, plan, and arrange travel logistics, accompanying the employer on domestic and international trips as needed.

General Assistance: Proactively anticipate needs and provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of daily personal and professional life.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar support role.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.

Proficient in managing calendars, communications, and basic office software.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly adaptable and resourceful, comfortable with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Must be willing and able to relocate to the employer's residence and travel extensively.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
