This includes troubleshooting issues over the phone, performing weekly routine maintenance on dispensing equipment, restocking automated dispensing units, and documenting all service events, activities, and on-site training activities.Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:
Registered pharmacy technician
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
3+ months of pharmacy experience in a retail (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) or LTC (order entry/triage side) setting.
Certification as a pharmacy technician.
Proficiency in data entry.
