- Strong Maintenance Background and Reliability improvements, Experience in onsite Coordination
- Strong Maintenance Knowledge in FMCG/ Oil & Gas / Chemicals
- Good Knowledge of Reliability improvement and maintenance process improvements
- Experience in setting up Maintenance Strategies and developments and documentation
- Interaction with Customers and coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the implementation of best practices
- Provide execution guidelines and process improvement
- Monitoring schedule and Quality for the project
- Facilitate technical delivery
- Data collection from various sources and sharing with the execution team
- Stakeholder engagement, Project progress reporting
- Risk and Issue Management and Escalation
