Property Manager (PT or FT) - No experience required

We are a real estate investment company that is continuously expanding the amount of properties we own. We have rentals as well as properties that we flip and sell in the Sioux City and immediate surrounding area. We are looking for someone to help us maintain these properties. This could be a 1 person job or something that you and your spouse could enjoy together It is very flexible.

This job would entail doing regular rental inspections, simple renovation working such as painting, deep cleaning, etc. Meeting with contractors or utility companies if necessary.

This would be a great job for someone that is retired or looking for some extra income.
