Prepare and process lease agreement in accordance with local and state laws and ordnances.

Maintain property rental negotiating and enforcing lease, and maintaining and securing premise.

Maintain property and resolve any tenant complaints as needed.

Enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting and completing repairs, planning renovations, and contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
