Provider Administration Coach

Supports Wellmark’s vision and mission by providing technical support, guidance, and on the job training to Network Administration staff. They coordinate work processes within the Network Administration department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work produced. Staff support is provided for workers in enrollment, contracting, credentialing and provider file units. They coordinate work assignments and train staff to respond to the phone and written inquires submitted by provider offices, business offices, network staff, internal Wellmark staff as well as outside vendors. The Network Coach assists the Network Administration Team Leaders by reporting Quality Performance results, and by identifying, preparing and conducting training to ensure staff has the necessary resources and tools to meet department goals.Candidates in Iowa or South Dakota preferred. Must be willing and able to travel to Des Moines, IA office for in-person trainings on occasion.
