This position will provide support to Quality leadership through system ownership and development as well as support for the plant regarding HACCP and Food Safety requirements.Key Results Areas for this job are:Develop, document, monitor, and maintain procedures as related but not limited to Food Safety/HACCP, GMP, Calibrations, Pest Control, Mock Recall,  and other regulatory requirements.Participate in the audit process for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, GMP and GLP.Generate and assist the logistics and customer service department with certificate of analysis, SARFs, and any other batch release documentation required for shipment.Monitor preventive controls and report noncompliance to appropriate management.Ensure accurate results from the lab and conduct formal release of productManage and maintain plant and lab equipment calibrationsBuild, maintain, and execute training programs (departmental and plant wide)Document, monitor and maintain customer relations with customer communication requests and product specification accuracyMaintain and communicate KPIs and root cause problem solving activities as appropriateServe as a member of the Food Safety Team, Internal Audit Team, GMP Audit Team, and Safety CommitteeOther tasks as assigned
