In this role, you'll manage seed lab activities and lead a team to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.  Join our team and contribute to innovative seed lab operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead seed lab activities including packaging, treating, inventory, and shipping.Manage and train up to 30 part-time staff.Coordinate weekly labor needs based on current and future workload Deliver projects on time and within budget.Ensure compliance with safety and stewardship policies.
