We are looking for experienced storm restoration sales representatives only.

Our Company is: GAF Certified, Owens Corning Certified, IKO Certified, Pella Platinum Certified, Anderson Window Certified, Haag Certifed, BBB A+ rating with many local references.

As the owner and being in the storm industry for over 25 years I realized sales representatives come first. Our company has very low overhead which gives us the ability to pay our sales representatives 40% commissions with zero (0) overhead fees taken off. We will pick up and return last minute materials for you if needed and can help with inspections if scheduling conflicts come up.

We are transparent and you will get to see the labor invoices directly from our sub-contractors, material invoices directly from suppliers and you will see credits for material returns on commission checks. Our cap outs or commission checks include the ACTUAL material prices. Our company has an open book policy on financials and you will have the ability to talk with our other current sales representatives to confirm. This is a 1099 position with Encompass Builders with no non-compete agreement so you can work multiple areas or with multiple contractors.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Personal vehicle

Personal phone

Personal computer

Performing manual roof inspections and climbing ladders

High school diploma or Technical/College degree (preferred)

Construction industry experience (preferred)

Sales experience 2-5 years (preferred)

Consistency in accomplishing sales goals

Consistently provides excellent service and communication to customers

Progressing on your personal development plan

A strong moral compass
