This program includes hands-on rotations throughout all of the location’s business sectors and is designed to give you real-world leadership experience and a thorough understanding of how each sector functions to support the overall production strategy of the location. Rotations: You will spend time learning and working in every business sector of your location. These rotations are designed to give you hands-on knowledge of what positions, equipment, and materials are involved in each specific production process.

Build and maintain good working relationships with Operations Team, Maintenance Team, and Hourly Employees

Understand the process of Occupation Health, Protocol, and Treatment plans

Monitor employees who are in conservative treatment or return to work to include the treatment modalities, restricted work activity, and ergonomic interventions.

Perform ergonomic job analysis, including task analysis, risk factor identification and quantification, and body mechanics analysis.

Use innovation, creative solutions and employee empowerment to design and/or implement ergonomic interventions such as, job rotation, exercise programs, and training and education.

Through investigation, aid in the determination of causality for alleged occupational illnesses and injuries.

Develop and maintain Physical Demand Assessments for all production positions.

Aid the Employment Manager and/or the Medical Case Manager in assessing an employee’s ability to perform work tasks.

Review all accidents to determine trends and causes.

Exposure to workman’s compensation issues or opportunities.

Involvement with Safety Committee Team.

Perform OSHA required safety audits throughout the facility

Complete a challenging project that aligns with key performance indicators (KPI’s) and impacts our bottom line.

Participate in a group-based Leadership Development Training session at our corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree required

Alignment with JBS core values and culture

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends

Flexibility to relocate

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

Base salary range starting at $56,500

Relocation available if applicable
