This role includes distributing sales leads, overseeing client onboarding processes, and conducting training sessions for internal teams on CRM usage and Tableau reporting. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, with strong skills in data cleaning and visualization.Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Oversee and manage Dynamics CRM, ensuring data accuracy, updating records, and optimizing the system for sales processes.

Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, providing insights to sales teams and leadership.

Lead Distribution: Manage the intake, qualification, and distribution of sales leads to the appropriate team members to ensure timely follow-up and tracking.

Client Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of CRM tools.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data cleaning, analysis, and manipulation in Excel to ensure accurate and actionable insights.

Training & Support: Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams on best practices in CRM and Tableau, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing user efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and client success teams to align data strategies and ensure seamless operations across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Tableau.

Advanced Excel skills, including data cleaning, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.

Experience in data visualization and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and present data to non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales or client relationship management.

Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages.

Prior experience in data integration and automation.

Position is full-time working remoteMonday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with overtime as needed.
