Notifies the appropriate radiology resource of received orders. Answers telephones, routes calls, and messages. Prepares images for disc creation or transfer. Assists with training of new employees and students. Completes systems functions related to order, report and image processes. Demonstrates initiative to improve quality and customer service by striving to exceed customer expectations.High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, speak and write effectively in English. Have a fundamental knowledge of computers.
