Senior Payroll Analyst

We are looking for a payroll subject matter expert; one who is an active participant and consultant, asking all the right questions and thinking up and down stream in partnership with collaborative teams. Making sure our employees get paid is critical! But if you love thinking more broadly and are passionate about working cross-functionally with others to ensure comprehensive solutions to multifaceted problems, this might be the role for you. As a senior member of the team, you’ll help us think critically every day and leverage your industry expertise, professional affiliations (CCP preferred) and knowledge of the discipline of payroll combined with your over-all business savvy to provide oversight and guidance to the payroll team in both day-to-day business and special projects.We are seeking someone with a background that includes multi-state payroll and familiarity with the associated tax related complexities. You are compliance-oriented while maintaining an open mind to innovation and continuous improvement. Ideally, you’ll also have system related expertise; experience supporting related integrations, vendor files and upgrade activities in Workday or a similar system is preferred. Additionally, experience with ADP SmartCompliance is a plus.
