Oscar’s Restaurant is seeking energetic and customer-focused Servers to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to every guest, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring quality service

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns

Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Collaborate with kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth service

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
