We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our client on a direct hire permanent position with a proven track record in offering robust technical leadership, providing effective analysis, and developing applications across numerous platforms and systems. Lead the software development life cycle, including analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, unit testing, implementation and maintenance.

Participate in special projects by supporting design, development, testing, and delivery phases.

Actively conduct research and maintain up-to-date knowledge in systems software/hardware to deliver high-quality operations and implementations.

Develop problem-solving models to support other development staff in solving program problems.

Skills and Experience:

A college degree or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, XML, SQL. ETL and Informatica skills are a plus.

Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.

A customer-focused mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills.

Superior oral and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical settings.
