Software Engineer (Open to hiring at Sr. Level)

Contribute as part of an agile product team to design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and document software solutions that support Wellmark’s Total Cost of Care strategy and healthcare initiatives. Partner with Technology and Network Services teams, including provider pricing and provider data stakeholders, to deliver scalable solutions that strengthen Wellmark’s provider network.Develop and maintain applications, integrations, data pipelines, and reporting solutions that improve provider engagement and operational effectiveness while ensuring data accuracy, quality, security, and regulatory compliance. Ensure solutions meet investment requirements, feature/user story specifications, and Wellmark standards. Collaborate across Technology to evaluate and implement technology, integration, and data solutions, while driving continuous improvement through automation, data quality enhancements, and scalable design.
