We are looking for a Solutions Architect for our Enterprise Solutions team. As a Solutions Architect, you will work with Project Teams and Client Success Teams to architect solutions in the IT/OT space. If you love to be challenged and are good at finding and delivering solutions, we want to talk to you. location: MARION, Iowajob type: Permanentsalary: $90,000 - 130,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:The Solutions Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to:- Work on multiple projects as a project technical lead or internal consultant. Consults with project teams to ensure compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure, and services.
- Collaborate with project management on reporting project status, issues, risks, and benefits.
- Serve as a technical lead for highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge of one or more specialized architecture areas such as network, security, applications, data, systems, and Internet and business segments.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides knowledge and counsel to others.
- Coach, mentor, and support other technical staff, including recommending external training as required.
- Align architectural strategy with client business requirements.
- Perform detailed technical tasks.
- Utilize, support, and enhance ESCO's standards and best practices.
- Understand and follow all safety, conduct, and policy requirements established by ESCO and clients.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by management.
