Sr Application Analyst (Open to hiring at higher levels)

Job Leveling: This role can be filled at a Sr Application Analyst or Lead Application Analyst level depending on work experience, skills, and demonstrated ability.  Please apply if you have the minimum experience required below or if you have much more experience! About the Career: Manage and troubleshoot multiple highly integrated/complex hosted applications in support of Wellmark’s systems. Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of system incidents and problems while collaborating with vendors, application delivery, infrastructure and other business partners. Maintain documentation and evaluate changes to determine the risk to current environments.Our Ideal Candidate: You thrive in time sensitive production support environments.  You feel fulfilled when you can build and enhance relationships internal peers and external vendors to work thru complex troubleshooting. You can effectively facilitate a cross collaborative brainstorming group with internal technology professionals.  You do not shy away from crucial conversations with vendors as needed for customized hosted applications. On call rotation approx. every 6 weeks.  You will learn more in the interview process.
