In this role the associate will be part of a feature team to build world class solutions. The associate will be responsible for designing and building applications for solving business problems. The associate will be working closely with solution architects and other senior developers and will be responsible to make sure their team is aligned with organizational architecture goal. Ideal associate would be one with 1. Expert level C#.NET development experience 2. Very good communication skills 3. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance 4. Ability to identify and implement technical and non-technical improvements for the organization 5. Good team player Responsibilities Design, build and deploy solutions for the business unit.
