You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our scheduling processes. Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to develop and integrate intermediate schedules into the IMS.

Participate in proposal development by creating interim schedules and advising on Basis of Estimate documents.

Incorporate regular status and ETC updates into the IMS based on CAM inputs.

Conduct critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS.

Provide performance and ETC reports to program Earned Value Analysts.

Assist the Program Earned Value Analyst with scheduled and unscheduled tasks.

Provide schedule-related reports to Program Management, highlighting issues and recommending mitigations.

Support Program Reviews and compliance reviews/audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance Process).

Ensure effective implementation of EVMS through standardized processes, tools, and reports.

May involve less than 10% domestic travel.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements for accessing the financial management system.

Qualifications We Prefer

3 to 5 years of experience with business analytics, finance, and/or forecasting.

2 years of experience in Earned Value Management and the 32 Criteria of the ANSI standard.

Thorough understanding of baseline controls and changes.

3 to 5 years of knowledge of IPMR, especially as it applies to scheduling.

3 to 5 years of familiarity with MS Office products such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate among a diverse team.

High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
