Staff Accountant

Description Robert Half Full-Time Contract Talent is HIRING We are looking for some dynamic individuals to add to our teams across Des Moines!As a Consulting Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial and operational goals. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs and implement Microsoft Dynamics software solutions tailored to their requirements.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to assess their accounting and financial system requirements.

Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions to address client needs.

Provide training and support to clients in the use of Microsoft Dynamics software.

Analyze financial data and assist clients in making informed business decisions.

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise.

Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics updates and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics software implementation.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
