Location: West Des Moines, IA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant
Hybrid role requiring 3 days of in-office workPROJECT SCOPEResource will support Data Analytics/ Reporting team responsible for maintaining the environment for all complain/ interaction data. This team is currently transitioning from SSRS to Tableau, this resource will act as the SME who can implement best practices and guide the team on how to maintain reports post transition.- Will ensure accuracy of 20+ imports of control reports- Set up maintenance routines within team to ensure consistency- Guide analysts through challenges post transition- Teach skills within tableau and perform informal trainings for team membersTOP SKILLS- Strong Skills in Tableau "desktop professional edition" (environment is already set up)- Report developing - Strong understanding of how Tableau is built out and how they utilize software internally- Understanding use of service accounts, how to leverage shared data sets in reporting- SQL experience - understanding of how queries flow into Tableau for reporting (create new, ability enhance, remediate)EXPERIENCE- 5+ years or direct experience developing reports, dashboards, and best practices in TableauContact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
