Team Lead

Job Title: Team Lead - 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to oversee operations on the 3rd shift. Our company specializes in injection molding for various industries including appliances, automotive, and electronics.Responsibilities

Assign operators to work stations

Train new operators

Conduct production quality checks

Provide breaks to operators

Perform other related duties as needed

Essential Skills

1 year of manufacturing experience

1 year of leadership experience

Ability to stand on feet for 8 - 10 hours/day

Availability to work on weekends as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred knowledge of basic inspection devices (calipers, micrometers, height gage)

Knowledge of plastic injection molding is a plus

Experience with quality inspection

Experience in production and assembly

Experience with sit down forklift operation

Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management

It is fast-paced due to high demands from our main customer, requiring the ability to operate efficiently. There are 20-30 operators on each shift. The dress code is laid back but requires appropriate attire including closed-toe shoes, jeans or work pants, and clean clothing. Shorts are permissible in the summer.
