Team Leader Finance Operations

Finance at Wellmark is seeking your Leadership! As the Team Leader Finance Operations, you will lead a team by overseeing the process of posting and depositing funds received to meet Wellmark’s liquidity needs. This includes providing compliance direction and oversight with respect to external and internal sales stakeholders' payments, analyzing and reporting on unusual results, collaborating with other Finance leadership to realize key corporate goals and initiatives, and managing key vendor partners to ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies. As the right arm of our Director, Finance Operations, you will assist with the execution of tactical and strategic initiatives (i.e., Medicare Advantage, compliance) on behalf of Finance Operations.  About You:  In this role, you will be a leader of others and will directly impact the success, growth, and development of team members by setting clear expectations, defining accountabilities, providing regular coaching, facilitating change, and providing an overall positive work environment.
