Must be results driven. This position will train onsite for at least a week and then will work a hybrid schedule (some days onsite and others remote) based on manager schedule. Business casual dress code. May drive personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings. Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position. Interviews will be conducted through Teams. Responsible for evaluating existing business processes, recommends and implements process improvements, assist and/or leads resolving business process problems and serves as a resource for addressing daily production or process related issues. May include developing recommending and implementing pricing strategies, developing Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) processes and recommending master schedule changes. Duties: Evaluates existing business processes and assists in resolving issues that arise relating to those processes. Ensures that unit processes are in alignment with the Division processes and objectives. Manages the Order Fulfillment Process by developing, recommending and implementing strategies to the master schedule. Investigates, analyzes and resolves business process issues in order to correct deficiencies, reduce costs and improve processes and performance. Analyzes business forecasts, recommends changes to the business schedules and creates and maintains master production schedules and shipping schedules. Participates in and facilitates regularly scheduled meetings with management and representatives from the factory and marketing to discuss current and future business process needs, both current and future. Specific Position Requirements:Hours will range between 6 am and 4 pm depending on meetings. No overtime for this position.Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst (contingent) MAJOR DUTIES:- Forecast new parts and manage part availability
- Develop global service part forecasts for newly adopted service parts using historical data, engineering and product support input, and product and component knowledge.
- Participates in, and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with representatives from product support, supply management, engineering and marketing to define service part requirements.
- Review service part forecasts and recommend adjustments to the forecast and ordering activity.
- Execute business activities in alignment with the Division processes, policies, and objectives.
- Manages the Order Fulfillment Process to ensure service part availability by developing, recommending and implementing strategies to meet the master schedule.
- Analyze metrics and data to improve business processes to improve overall customer experience with service part support performance.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to analyze information, and make trade-off decisions.
- Supply management experience.
- Excel proficiency.
- Demonstrated team skills and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver status update presentations.
Technical Skills & Knowledge, preferred:- Experience in service support environment.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency generating reports from various data bases and computer systems.
- Data analytics and statistics.
Education:- Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

Relevant Work Experiences:- Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing engineering projects.
- Manufacturing and/or operations experience.
- Experience working in supply management such as purchasing, warehousing, logistics, service parts management and procurement, etc.
