As a Visual Designer I with Stefanini, you will be part of a larger design team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and create high quality compelling creative visuals, specializing in presentation design work.

You will work with our client's consulting teams, designing projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction by translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts and engaging stories to achieve their vision and to leverage storytelling in compliance with branding standards. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESDesigning and editing advanced-level PowerPoint presentations with a strong focus on visual storytelling to reinforce key messages while adhering to client branding standardsHaving the ability to work on projects from creative brief to final deliverable Having a sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends, as well as selecting photography, develop icons and graphics, and coordinate final print productionPitching creative concepts, mock-ups, and new and innovative ideas to internal and external clientsTranslating business language, processes and complex ideas into beautiful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking and innovation with business acumen Maintaining high quality standards by proofing work for errors, consistency and adherence to standard formatsHigh level of confidentiality required

Associate's degree in Design/Graphic Design/Fine Arts or related field1-3 years of experience in a professional services environment, design start-ups, or design agencies preferredHigh degree of computer literacy, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and advanced slide generationKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.) is a plusMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyExceptional organization and problem solving skills; thinks "outside of the box'Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent customer service skillsHigh level of self-motivation and enthusiasmAbility to work both in teams and independentlyAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively and independently prioritize under narrow time limitations and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate resultsAbility to understand and manage complex organizational relationsAttendance and schedule adherence are required for this position LANGUAGE SKILLSFluent in English
