THE POSITION: In this key role you will be responsible for the timely review and processing of client and vendor contracts, including but not limited to confidential disclosure agreements, master service agreements, statements of work and amendments. You will have considerable interaction with stakeholders in our commercial, legal, service line and finance teams.This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity to work with numerous associates across EVERSANA. Accordingly, you will be confident and proactive in your approach, have the ability to work collaboratively while also being able to work autonomously.  You will be comfortable with, and skilled in, interacting with attorneys and senior management. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are therefore critical, along with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to adhere to tight deadlines.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
