We’re hiring motivated sales reps to join our hail damage repair team!
Your job is simple: talk to vehicle owners who have hail damage and help them start their insurance claim for paintless dent repair (PDR). We handle estimates, repairs, and rentals — you just bring the customers!
What You’ll Do:
Approach and speak with vehicle owners about hail damage
Set up inspection appointments or get claim numbers started
Follow up with customers and coordinate drop-offs
Requirements:
Strong communication & people skills
Reliable transportation
Self-motivated, positive attitude
Sales or roofing experience is a plus
Job Type: Commission-based (Full Time or Part Time)
