You will collaborate with multiple departments to develop and implement communication strategies that support business goals and employee engagement.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing internal and external communication strategiesDraft, edit, and proo memos, reports, presentations, and newslettersCoordinate internal announcements and organizational updatesEnsure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across materialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and distribute accurate informationSupport event planning and employee engagement initiativesMaintain and update internal communication systems and resourcesMonitor feedback and help identify areas for improvement in communication processes
