Core Hours: 8am to 5pm ESTWe are seeking a Warranty Claims Rep that will join our remote team (with core EST hours of operation). This is an exciting opportunity where you will enter a position that requires close coordination with Customer Service, Quality, and Technical Support. The best candidate for this role should have the ability to review and comprehend contracts, process and record warranty claims data with integrity, and accept additional work load as delegated. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, accept delegated workload and drive completion of tasks within a timely manner per processes as well as the ability to uphold the highest standard of professionalism.Key Responsibilities: Work independently Review and understand existing warranty contracts and terms Provide warranty support to all channel partners, consumers, and internal customers Vet and process Warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely manner Record detailed records of all RMA’s processed into the SalesForce CRM Execute rational judgment on when to escalate questions and concerns to team members Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Field service, Product Management, Quality, or Tech Support as needed Correspond with Returns receiving team on associated Warranty claims Minimum of two years of experience in a warranty, customer service or technical position within MARINE/RV/BOAT Equipment is REQUIRED! Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization Process and goal orientated Demonstrated history of independent work Marine or RV industry experience highly weighted Experience with ERP database tools (preferably Oracle) desired Experience with CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce) desiredSkill Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a large team Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work remotely and in an office environment Ability to learn and apply learnings of technical trainingsAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
