Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Dairy Marketing Specialist will craft and execute a dairy marketing strategy to drive profitable growth and customer dedication within our Cargill dairy feed and nutrition team. In this role, you will partner with marketing and communications teams and sales leadership teams to establish business plans and marketing opportunities to enable an outstanding dairy farmer customer experience within the North American animal nutrition industry.Key Accountabilities

Plan, execute and measure marketing strategies and annual plans to enable dairy nutrition business objectives.

In collaboration with the sales and marketing team and sales leadership, align marketing initiatives with goals and ensure marketing offerings support the customer value proposition.

Act as a project manager ensuring magnificent and timely execution of key initiatives based on priorities established through the business planning process.

Demonstrate deep knowledge of customer priorities to help identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved.

Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, animal science, agriculture business, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of four years of related work experience.

Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely projects within budget guidelines.

Experience engaging directly with customers with a positive impact.

Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth.
