Our team has grown to over 900 employees and we are looking to add another – possibly you!Scope of Responsibilities: Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned taskJob Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of orders to long term care facilities, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesJob Duties:

Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle

Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent

Accurately package and prepare items for facility delivery

Schedule delivery route in most efficient manner to insure timely delivery with least travel required

Responsible for completion of all paperwork and proper filing

Insure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior

Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed

Pick up medications and/or supplies from other facilities

Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment

Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs

Required to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy

Perform other duties as assigned

QualificationsAttendance Requirements:

Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts

Must be able to work nights and weekends as required

Education:

Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED

Job requirements :

Must possess a valid Drivers License in good standing

Experience:

Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position

Required (Vermont Employees):

Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician

Required (New Hampshire Employees):

Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy Technician

Special Conditions of Employment:

Drug test

Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Job Skills Required:

Basic Math skills necessary

Strong communication skills

Outstanding customer service skills

Requires the ability to sit, stand, climb stairs and walk throughout the duration of the shift

Limited lifting up to 40 lbs

Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test

Required Training:

HIPAA Privacy Course

HIPAA Security Course
