- Desk-side Support (e.g. Set-up of PC and Cellphones, and peripherals, Tier-1 level troubleshooting such as Password Reset, and Tier-2 level support such as re-imaging and software install)
- Asset management : IT asset delivery / receiving , ITAM control, physical inventory.
- Performs other similar or related duties as assigned.
