RoleOwn the strategy and execution of end-to-end global programs (such as school/university recruiting; intern programs; early career onboarding; workforce development; apprenticeships; military recruiting; and diversity recruiting) in partnership with business leaders external, HR partners, and external entities.Key ResponsibilitiesThis leader will guide and develop primarily the following component functions, teams, deliverables and/or activities:

Partner with business to build and execute connected, global strategies and programs for key talent segments

Create and manage a meaningful and memorable candidate experience through relevant recruiting activities and follow-on programs

Work across the BU, HR, and TA matrix to connect program efforts; identify and implement BKMs

Drive US University Relations Council and scale globally

Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality in programs that serve as a differentiator for Applied Materials in the market

Build bridges and connect people and ideas across the various talent ecosystems (such as school, military, and diversity)

Connect currently disparate school, workforce development, military, and related programs into a cohesive strategy and operational execution

Must have 12+ yrs of deep experience in the school and university space, including recruiting, school/business partnerships, and early career onboarding and development programs

Experience managing senior executive business stakeholders

Experience working across large, global, matrixed organizations

Experience managing and developing diverse teams in multiple sites, including hybrid and remote

Experience building and scaling new program offerings

Relevant industry best practices/research/connections and relationships

Relevant KPIs and measurement strategies

Semi and/or tech industry experience is preferred

Experience in the military and/or diversity recruiting space is helpful but not required

Recruitment marketing/comms/branding experience is helpful

Executive relationship and stakeholder needs identification, communication, and management - internally, externally, and globally

Bridge-building and connecting people and ideas

Matrixed leadership and influencing skills across BU stakeholders and global HR and TA teams

Comfort and capability in managing multiple requirements and ideas to find common ground and achieve shared objectives

Ability to gracefully manage and prioritize conflicting demands and requirements

Building and executing a change management plan and strategy

Ability to build a business case for resources and ability to be creative and scrappy with existing resources
