Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join our Intel Federal (IFED) group within our larger Data Center and Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) Group as a Federal Senior Security Technologist.Who we are:Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation with responsibility of managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. At our heart, we collaborate with Intel Business Units and partners across Intel to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies, defense contractors, and others, that align to Intel's strategies. Intel Federal is part of Intel's Data Center and AI Group.Who you are:Intel Federal's Office of the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) is looking for an outstanding and distinguished senior security architect and technologist with broad experience across security domains, architectures, operations. The Federal Office of the CTO leads Intel's federal technology vision, cross business group technology solutions, and drives solutions applying commercial capabilities from Intel and its ecosystem to federal use cases, workloads, and mission and enterprise requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have hands on experience with security and vulnerability and advance threat research, encryption technologies, anti-malware solutions, firewalling, intrusion detection and prevention, threat management, ZTA, defense in depth, penetration testing, and network isolation/segmentation. Additionally, you should possess a familiarity with edge to cloud, n-tier, hybrid cloud architectures, computing platforms, and software solutions. A broad knowledge of federal use cases, environments, mission areas and programs will be essential to successful performance in this role.A day in the life of:As the Senior Security Technologist, you will interface directly with Intel's Federal customers, partners, and integrators to provide thought leadership and requirements definition for enterprise and mission needs as well define, shape and lead technology architectures, solutions, and RD opportunities. You will partner with internal business unit technology and engineering teams to advance our capabilities and roadmaps to meet the USG enterprise and mission needs.The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications listed below.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical writing skills.

Experience working independently and at various levels of abstraction.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field plus 9 years of industry work experience.

7 plus years of experience in multiple technology domains and a fluency in one or more of the following areas: Security architecture, information security operations, GRC, Red/Blue team analysis, AI/ML/Analytics tools/frameworks, cloud architectures, n-tier architecture and frameworks, enterprise cybersecurity, cryptography, data architectures and data management, enterprise architecture, firmware security, software defined infrastructure, hardware computing architectures (CPU, GPGPU, FPGA, ASIC, etc.), communications systems, and networking.

Active Top Security Clearance. This position involves work on a U.S. Government contract which may impose certain security requirements: If you are a U.S. citizen, the government may require that you certify that you are a U.S. citizen. If you are not a U.S. citizen, the government may require you to pass a security check before you can be approved to work on the project. Please note that any offer by Intel for this position is conditioned upon meeting and/or passing the U.S. government’s security check requirements should the government impose these requirements.

This position involves work on US Government Contracts and/or proposals for US Government Contracts that limit participation to US Citizens. Additional Preferred Qualifications:

7 plus years of experience in advanced threat / vulnerability research

5 plus years of experience in solution architecture and design

5 plus years of experience in Federal enterprise and mission programs, solutions, technology stacks, use cases, workloads, and / or future directions
