- Work with business personnel/end-users to improve systems by studying current practices, processes, and applications.
- Gather user requirements and convert them into workable solutions.
- Program/Develop applications to handle functionality requests from users.
- Implement systems into the business environment; scope, plan, schedule, document projects, and assist with project training.
- For daily operations of existing business systems, respond to user issues and requests for enhancements, assist with testing the service packs and new releases, and keep systems available by resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Modify existing reports and define/create new reports.
- Experience evaluating financial data, working with Accounting & Finance departments
- Experience with Accounting; General Ledger, Journal entries, AR, AP etc.
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Experience working in a leadership role, managing technical projects with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into project plans.
