Job Description

ProPharma Group is seeking a talented individual who is a quick learner with technical aptitude skills and able to work as part of a team as well as manage projects and deadlines independently. In this role, you will provide UKG (formally Ultipro) system HRIS support and stellar customer service to internal employees.

Essential Functions Include:

  • Provide instructional and demonstrative system functional support to global employees, managers and system administrators in the areas of: User Administration, Employee Data management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Management (Goal Plans, Midyear and Annual Reviews), US Benefits, Reporting, and all other HRIS system functions.
  • Analyzes, troubleshoots, and helps resolve product/service issues reported by employees in a timely manner; escalate issues to HRIS leadership and seek additional support if needed to expedite the resolution.
  • Assists in system configuration and data conversion tasks related to M&A integration projects.
  • Stays up-to-date on the latest product features, functionality and new releases.
  • Acts as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes.
  • Builds delivery best practices and processes by leveraging your implementation and consulting experience.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited two-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years fulltime hands-on HRIS/HCM system administration experience.
    • UKG (Ultipro) highly preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years fulltime hands-on HRIS/HCM system database reporting experience.
    • UKG (Ultipro) Business Intelligence highly preferred.
  • Must be familiar with data security best practices (US required, GDPR strongly preferred).
  • Ability to provide thorough functional guidance via emails, instant messages, phone or formal written step-by-step instruction documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Proven ability to configure software (HRIS client-side).
  • Excellent communication skills (both speaking and writing).
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated excellence of internal customer service.
