a growing, locally-owned company proudly serving the Topeka community. We specialize in HVAC, but our expertise also includes light plumbing and electrical work. We're a small team that values hard work, quality craftsmanship, and building a great reputation. We're looking for motivated individuals to grow with us!

We are hiring for TWO positions:

1. Experienced HVAC Technician: You're a skilled service tech or installer who can hit the ground running. You know how to diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems.

2. Apprentice / Trainee: You are highly mechanically skilled and a natural problem-solver. Maybe you've worked in construction, auto mechanics, or another trade. You're eager to learn, and we are willing to provide on-the-job training to turn you into an expert technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.

Perform new installations of residential HVAC systems.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (typically one week per month).

Assist with light plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

Provide outstanding customer service.

Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle

Qualifications (Required for ALL candidates):

A strong, reliable work ethic and a positive attitude.

Willingness and ability to work 45-55 hours per week (this is typical).

Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Must have a valid driver's license and a CLEAN driving record.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check (and potential drug screening).

Professional appearance and good communication skills.

Ability to work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, all weather).

A major PLUS: We highly value candidates with experience in other trades like construction, plumbing, or electrical!

What We Offer:

Health Insurance

Competitive HOURLY pay (not flat rate!)

Guaranteed Overtime (All hours over 40 are paid at time-and-a-half)

Compensation:

Apprentice / Trainee: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on your current mechanical skills and related experience.

Experienced Technician: $30.00 - $40.00+ per hour, based on your experience, certifications, and skill level.
