Position is responsible for learning and producing letters for up to 13 centralized Medicaid health plans on a throughout the day, shifting and prioritizing work throughout the day to met turn around times. Promotes and supports quality effectiveness of the Healthcare Services. Maintains accurate and complete documentation to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Promotes communication, both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of medical management services.Protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to company policies regarding confidentiality.This position is for Wednesday-Saturday 9am-8pmET with some weekend and holidays.Required QualificationsPreferred Qualifications-1+ year(s) working on/with cross functional team-1+ year(s) in detail oriented position in any setting.EducationHigh School Diploma or G.E.DAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
